Our beautiful lakeside property provides unparalleled access to Lake Winnipesaukee making us an ideal destination for water enthusiasts and boaters. Along our nearly 250 feet of shoreline, there are three docks and four moorings allowing us to accommodate up to nine boats.

Rates for Our Guests: 

• Docks – $150 per week or $40 per night 

• Moorings – Free Based on Availability 

• Trailer Parking – Free for Dock Guests; $50 per week for Mooring Guests

The length and type of boat will determine whether dock space, a mooring location, or an off-property alternative is best for your situation. If you have any questions, please contact us directly. 

THE DOCKS at Sundeck Cottages are able to service boats that are motorized, single-hull, and no more than twenty-six (26) feet in length with a nine (9) foot beam. Boats with multiple hulls (including pontoon boats) and/or dimensions that are longer than 26 feet or wider than 9 feet will be restricted from parking at the property’s docks. This restriction will be regulated by management. 

THE MOORINGS at at Sundeck Cottages are able to service most boats less than thirty (30) feet in length, sailboats, and pontoon boats. There are four moorings available. 

Dock and mooring space must be reserved in advance and are for Sundeck Cottage guests only. Dock space will require a daily or weekly fee. Moorings are free based on availability. There is no first come, first serve availability. To reserve a spot, check on availability when making your cottage reservation or as soon as you know you will have a boat for your stay.  

To secure a spot for your boat, you will need to review and sign our docking and mooring agreement. Additionally, no lines, bumpers, fasteners, clips, or tying systems are provided by Sundeck Cottages. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand how to secure your vessel to either a dock or a mooring and have all the necessary equipment to do so safely and securely. We will not be responsible for any boat damage for any reason. 

Sundeck Rental Canoe and Kayak are available for rent; small fee required.
